Whom do you know that moved into your neighborhood who did not seem to fit in? How might that feel? How do some students at your school dress or talk differently from you? How do you treat them? Jesus gave us an entirely new definition for the word “neighbor” in one of His stories.

PowerText: “He answered, ‘ “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind”; and, “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Luke 10:27).

Have you ever tried to talk to someone on the phone, but been interrupted by a bad connection? It’s disappointing. That disappointment is what God feels when He tries to communicate with people whose minds are clouded with harmful substances that interfere with the connection.

PowerText: “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God— this is your true and proper worship” (Romans 12:1).

About PowerPoint Sabbath School with Friends

Join us each week for a new junior sabbath school hosted by Kezia & Marcia and friends!

Marcia is 14 years old. And she is the oldest of 4 children. She is a 9th grade student. She is an active student and participates in various clubs and extracurricular activities. She loves bibles study and her person devotional time with God. Marcia wants to be faithful to God in all that she does. Her prayer is to remain faithful to see her Saviors face.

Hi my name is Kezia was born on August 26, 2007 on the beautiful island of the Bahamas and was baptized at the age of 7. She loves Jesus and people (also animals especially dogs).

My hobbies are: talking with friends, going to the beach, baking, reading, watching fun YouTube videos and singing. She also plays the piano and is a member of Bahamas Chess Foundation.

Kezia aspires to become a research chemist and a speech pathologist.
