Yay!!!! We just hit 11,000+ subscribers, and excitement is in the air. It’s time to do something out of the ordinary to celebrate. Since traveling is out of the question at this time, we had to come up with an idea that would work in quarantine. How about a recipe relay challenge? If you don’t know what that is, we didn’t either, we came across this idea on YouTube, and thought that with some modifications, we could give it a try. You be the judge as to how we did, though let me tell you, it’s a lot more difficult than it seems, but also a whole lot of fun. Disaster was looming for most of the relay, but maybe, just maybe we pulled it off at the very end. What do you think?

Chef Ani is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute of New York City. She loves to cook and has been in the kitchen as far back as she can remember. A life-long vegetarian and now a plant-based chef, she enjoys junk food as much as the next guy, but realizes that though it tastes good, it is not good for her.
